One of favorite things to make is a Ramen Noodle Bowl. It is a versatile dish where you can pick your favorite protein and vegetables. Shredded Chicken, Pork, or Steak can be seasoned to perfection. If you'r looking for a fish option then go for Large Red Argentine Shrimp. Vegetable options can be bok chop, nappa cabbage, or edamame. Most importantly dont forget the Ramen Noodle Broth. This can be poured over and meld all of the flavors together. This dish can also be gluten free if you switch Udon, for Rice Noodles.
Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts
4 cup chicken broth
one head shredded Kale
shredded purple cabbage
1 cup sliced radish
Broth
chopped cilantro and green onion
4 cup chicken broth
1/2 jar teriyaki sauce
2 T fish sauce
Directions.
Shred, slice and or dice your vegetables
Boil noodles until tender
Take protein and sear in pan over medium heat. 5 min each side
Add 4 cup chicken broth and simmer for 30 to 45 min or until you can shred it with a fork
add broth ingredients to medium sized pot and simmer for 20 min. Taste for flavor.
Assemble ingredients in a bowl and pour broth over to enjoy
Chef pro tip - any broth still remaining after cooking protein - add this to your ramen broth
