Surf and Turf Valentine's Dinner: Grilled Steak and Lobster
2 bone-in ribeye or filet mignon steaks (ribeye is good but filet is better)
Salt and pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
Fresh italian herbs - rosemary, thyme, oregano, parsley, sage,

2 lobster tails
Butter - ½ cup
2 cloves garlic, minced
Fresh lemon juice
Salt & pepper
Parsley
½ cup white wine
Steak
Season the steaks - salt pepper garlic
Grill to perfection - 5 min each side - medium heat - sauté or grill
Lobster:
combine butter, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Add to lobster tails
Saute or grill lobster tails 5-7 minutes
Addition
Roasted or mashed potato
Choice of vegetable - green bean , asparagus, broccoli, brussel sprouts
